Registered customers automatically qualify for our Loyalty Rewards program. Your loyalty discount is based on the cumulative value of your completed orders during the previous 12 months.

As your qualifying purchase history grows, your Loyalty Reward can increase. You can review your order history and current loyalty status at any time in My Account.

Personal Discounts for Wholesale & VIP Customers

Wholesale customers may qualify for a personal wholesale discount based on their account and purchasing requirements. To apply, create a Wholesale Account and contact our team to request a review. Once approved, your personal wholesale discount is assigned to your account and participates automatically in the discount calculation for eligible orders.

Selected VIP retail customers, including designers, professional creators, content creators, influencers, media professionals and customers placing regular high-value orders, may also qualify for a personal discount. Contact our team to discuss the most suitable pricing option for your purchasing needs.

How Your Discount Is Applied

When a Personal Discount, Volume Discount or Loyalty Reward applies to the same order, the highest available discount is used automatically.

Based on the eligible value of the order you are placing now.

Loyalty Reward

Based on your qualifying completed purchases during the previous 12 months.

Personal Discount

Assigned individually to approved Wholesale Account customers and selected VIP retail customers.

Sale items, promotional products, and products already offered at a reduced price are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Volume Discounts, Loyalty Rewards and Personal Discounts are not combined. When more than one discount is available, the highest applicable discount is applied automatically.

All Available Products - our broad range of currently orderable products, including in-stock items from any warehouse and products from manufacturers' standard production programs that can be quickly produced and shipped from one standard factory pack. Usually ships in 1-14 days for in-stock products or 14-45 days for production out-of-stock program items. You can check the estimated shipping date for any product. Set as default for the widest selection. Best for browsing all orderable products with flexible lead times.
In Stock eCrystalHouse — shows products currently available in our Dubai warehouse. Choose this option when local stock is important for faster dispatch.
In Stock+Manufacturers, ships in 1-14 days - products available from our local warehouse, manufacturers' or suppliers' stock, and other recorded incoming supply. Items from manufacturers are transferred to our local warehouse after order confirmation and payment, then shipped to you. Usually ships in 1-14 days. You can check estimated dispatch dates for each product. Best for balancing variety and quick delivery. *Excludes products from the production program not in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse but available for production and delivery.
All Products, including custom orders - our broadest catalog view, including special production products not in standard manufacturing. Custom orders usually require a minimum order quantity. Lead times vary based on production — contact us for details. Best option for buyers who need access to special-production products beyond the normally available assortment.
