If you find before placing your order an identical genuine product (same brand, product code, article number, size, color and packaging) at a lower price on the website of any authorized wholesaler or retailer, contact our support team before completing your purchase. We will match or beat that price and provide you with the same or better conditions.

To Qualify for the Best Price Guarantee

1. The competing product must be completely identical to the eCrystalHouse product, including brand, article or product code, size, color, effect, packaging and quantity.
2. The product must be genuine and offered by an authorized wholesaler or retailer of the relevant brand.
3. The product must be part of the manufacturer's current regular production program at the time of the request.
4. The competing product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time we verify the offer.
5. The competing price must be the seller's regular, publicly available current selling price and must not depend on individual negotiation or restricted purchasing conditions.
6. The compared offers must have equivalent material purchasing conditions, including product quantity, packaging, minimum order requirements and other relevant commercial terms.
7. The price-match request must be submitted before the eCrystalHouse order is placed.

Offers Not Covered by the Program

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• clearance, closeout or liquidation sales;
• discontinued, obsolete, vintage or old-stock products that are no longer part of the manufacturer's current regular production program;
• going-out-of-business sales;
• flash sales or other exceptional short-term promotions;
• coupon, promotional-code or individually issued discount prices;
• member-only, loyalty-only or other restricted prices that are not publicly available to all customers;
• individually negotiated quotations or special private offers;
• bundle or package offers where a directly comparable individual product price cannot be established;
• damaged, returned, open-box, incomplete or otherwise non-standard products;
• offers from marketplaces or third-party marketplace sellers, including eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, AliExpress and similar platforms;
• grey-market websites, private sellers or unverified sources;
• obvious pricing errors, technical errors or incorrectly published prices;
• other exceptional or non-standard pricing that does not represent the seller's regular publicly available selling price.

Verification of the Competing Offer

To verify a price-match request, eCrystalHouse may ask you to provide a link to the competing product, a screenshot, quotation or other information confirming the seller, product identity, current price, stock availability, packaging, quantity and applicable purchasing conditions.

We reserve the right to verify any competing offer and to decline requests where the offer cannot be reliably confirmed or where the price relates to clearance, liquidation, discontinued stock, an individual quotation, a pricing error or another exceptional pricing situation that does not meet the conditions of the program.
