Shipping and Worldwide Delivery

Order Processing & Stock Availability

We offer products from both our own warehouse and selected manufacturers' inventories to provide one of the world's most comprehensive selections of crystal embellishments.

1. In Stock. Products available in our warehouse are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Manufacturer Stock. Some products are sourced directly from our manufacturing partners. After payment confirmation, these items are transferred to our warehouse before being dispatched to you. The estimated shipping date is displayed on each product page before purchase.
3. Made-to-Order Items. Certain products are manufactured specifically upon order. Production begins after payment confirmation, and estimated production and dispatch dates are displayed on the product page. By default, made-to-order items are not shown in the product list. To view them, please use the Products Availability Filter and select All Products, including custom orders.
   Please note: production lead times are estimates and may vary depending on the manufacturer's production schedule.

Taxes & Export/Import Charges

1. International Orders - No Export Charges from the UAE

   For international orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, UAE VAT and any export charges are not applied. The order is treated as an export shipment from the UAE.

2. International Orders - Import into the Destination Country

   When the order arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

   With the DHL Express DAP shipping option, an estimated calculation of import duties and taxes may be displayed during checkout (where available). However, the final charges are always determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

   With the DHL Express DDP shipping option, all import duties, taxes, VAT, and local customs clearance fees are included in the shipping price. No additional import-related payment is required upon delivery.

3. UAE Orders and Deliveries

   Orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates are subject to UAE VAT of 5%. VAT will be calculated and added at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number by email and Whatsapp (if subscribed), allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

• Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
• Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation, stock verification, and shipment preparation.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, destination country regulations, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or courier operational conditions.
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery destination and parcel specifications.

• Stock availability, production status and estimated shipping date
  Important stock information for every item can be viewed in the product catalog list, on the individual product page, or in the shopping cart after adding the item:

  

• Esimated shipping date for the entire order
  The estimated shipping date for your entire order will be determined based on the item with the latest possible shipping date. In your shopping cart, you will see the expected shipping date for the whole order. When you proceed to checkout and select a delivery method, you will see the approximate delivery timeframe to your address.

  

• Product Availability Filter
  By default, the product catalog shows all items that are currently available for ordering (not including Made-to-Order items). To filter products based on their stock location (which directly impacts shipping times), please use the Product Availability Filter.
