HF (Hotfix) - the back of the crystal is coated with a specially designed and patented hot-melt adhesive layer. This layer offers flexible properties: the crystals are applied using the hotfix method at temperatures ranging from 120°C to 170°C. After cooling, they are securely bonded to the base material (typically fabric or textile). Crystal application to fabric can be done using a specialized soldering iron, an industrial hot press, or a standard household iron.
Color/Effect: Crystal Scarabaeus Green (001-872)
The crystal is coated with the unique Crystal Scarabaeus Green effect, designed by leading fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier for Swarovski in 2016. Applied to the crystal’s surface via vacuum coating, this effect mimics the color of a sacred scarab beetle’s shell with a light green hue. Depending on the cut and viewing angle, the crystal produces distinctive metallic reflections in shades of purple, blue, teal, all greens, light green, and yellow.
